Sai Giridhar Mudbidri

Giri brings with him, over 14 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies like Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. His expertise spans research, strategy & knowledge management - significant capabilities that are indispensable to TEQNirvana. Giri's contributions have been instrumental in TEQNirvana developing a comprehensive approach that enables clients to assess and acquire high-performance leadership teams. He has an Executive M.B.A from IIM, Bangalore and a Master's in Physics (Quantum Electronics) from Sri Sathya Sai University.

Pallavi Pushpalata

Pallavi manages the business development and operations aspects at TEQNirvana. A quintessential people person, she has over 14 years of rich experience in managing projects and operations. Her stints in the IT industry (with MNCs in India and global brands like Morgan Stanley in the US) have helped TEQNirvana build robust processes, talented teams and solid client relationships. Pallavi has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Amravati University.

B S Jaiswal

Equipped with 30+ years of extensive experience as an administrator at SAIL, B S Jaiswal brings considerable expertise in the Human Resource, Legal and Administrative functions to TEQNirvana. A mentor to the young employees, he is actively involved in the social responsibility programs undertaken by TEQNirvana. He is also the Director of "Ashalata Vikalang Vikas Kendra", a Bokaro based NGO that contributes to the development of children who are differently abled.
